3. The ATX web site allows for the collection of information about Visitor by ATX. Visitor consents to the collection of such information by ATX and agrees that such information is the sole property of ATX which ATX may use in accordance with ATX privacy policies.

ATX disclaims all warranties with respect to its web site including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or noninfringement. ATX makes no warranty that its web site will meet Visitor's requirements, or that use of ATX's web site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does ATX make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the ATX web site or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the ATX web site or that defects in the ATX web site will be corrected.
